Accessibility at PassFast
PASSFAST LEARNING LLC wants EA exam candidates, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the public PassFast website and get support when a barrier occurs.
Our current standard and status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our engineering target for the public website. We have completed internal testing of representative public journeys. Independent assistive-technology validation is still pending, so we do not claim full WCAG conformance at this time.
Measures we take
- Use semantic HTML, named landmarks, logical headings, labels, and keyboard-operable controls.
- Test focus order, focus visibility, modal behavior, announcements, text spacing, mobile reflow, target size, and color contrast.
- Run browser-based accessibility checks on pull requests, the main branch, and before production deployment.
- Retest confirmed barriers in the live production release and keep independent review as a separate sign-off step.
Scope and known review boundaries
This statement covers the public pages on eaexam.co. It does not yet cover the authenticated application on app.eaexam.co or third-party checkout after a visitor leaves our site. Those experiences require separate evidence if they are included in an accessibility claim.
Our August 24, 2026 internal review left certain contrast combinations over gradients or overlapping content, and the full assistive-technology and device matrix, for independent human verification. We will update this statement after that review and when material barriers or scope changes are confirmed.

Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, and assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive information.
If a barrier prevents access to information or a feature, ask support for the information or an alternative way to complete the task. We will investigate the report and work with you on an available alternative when reasonably possible.
How we assessed the public site
The public site was last internally assessed on August 24, 2026 using code review, keyboard-only journey testing, desktop and mobile browser checks, text-spacing and reflow checks, and Playwright with axe-core. Automated tools cannot evaluate every accessibility requirement or predict every assistive-technology experience.
