If you do not pass a part of the Special Enrollment Examination, EA Exam Test Bank will provide a prorated refund for the amount paid for that failed part, provided the claim meets every eligibility requirement below and that part has not already been refunded.
Eligibility requirements
- Send official documentation showing the non-passing exam result within 90 days of the exam date.
- Purchase the materials directly through eaexam.co.
- Make the claim for a purchase completed within the last three years.
- Reach a Passboard Projected Exam Score of 70% or higher for the exam part before the attempt.
After the purchase and claim are verified, an eligible refund is returned to the original payment method. Normal card processing is expected to take three to five business days.
30-day full refund assurance
If the materials are not a fit, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Include a brief explanation, the original receipt, and proof that the product was purchased through eaexam.co. An eligible request receives a full refund of the item's purchase price.
Unlimited testing-season updates
EA Exam Test Bank provides updates for purchased test-prep products across testing seasons until you pass the exams and become an enrolled agent. Online materials are updated for the new testing period without another purchase.
